We source and place apprentices with trusted employers, helping training providers increase in-learning numbers and improve retention rates. Our ongoing support ensures apprentices are engaged, employers receive guidance on workforce development, and training providers maintain high qualification achievement rates. We also provide specialist consultancy, preparing training providers for Ofsted inspections.

With over 20 years of experience in training, workforce development, and apprenticeship delivery, we have worked alongside one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers, gaining deep industry expertise and insight. What we do…

We help training providers by sourcing apprentices and learners to increase their in-learning numbers but we don’t stop there. We also provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to apprentices, supporting their personal development and engagement with the wider curriculum, while also working closely with employers to ensure they remain satisfied with the training and curriculum intent.

Through this continued support, we help improve learner retention and protect qualification achievement rates by providing tailored guidance to both employers and apprentices. Furthermore, we offer consultancy services to ensure training providers are fully prepared for Ofsted inspections.

We work closely with employers to help bridge their skills shortage by screening and identifying suitable candidates who can become valuable members of their team. We take the pressure off employers by partnering with reputable training providers that deliver industry-specific apprenticeships, ensuring that new recruits gain the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to thrive in their roles.

What’s more, we support existing team members in upskilling and acquiring new competencies to enhance productivity and workplace efficiency, helping businesses remain competitive and future ready.

We help apprentices secure placements by providing coaching and mentoring, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and motivated as they develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in their careers.
